Prime Pickings: Pumpkin Patches in Arkansas
Arkansas is always such a tease. The state gives us a chill one day and swelters us the next. Arkansas makes us throw on a layered outfit to fight off the biting breeze just to walk outside a few hours later to 90 percent humidity. As much as the Natural State enjoys playing tricks, it can’t stop the progression of the seasons and the inevitable fact that fall is upon us.
Fall, whether it’s cool or reminiscent of August, is a season with age-old traditions that people look forward to even right after the season ends. Leaf piles, haunted houses, Halloween, decorations and of course, pumpkin patches. So much to do with so little time. AY About You wants to try to make things a little easier on you by providing a list of pumpkin patches to hit up in the state. Take your photos, pick your perfect pumpkin and go big or gourd home.
