Sherrie James, CEO

I am honored to have the opportunity to share information with all of you about the services provided at The BridgeWay. Having served our community for more than 35 years, we are very proud to provide quality care to patients of all ages. We offer inpatient acute psychiatric care for adults, seniors, adolescents and children, as well as addiction treatment for adults and residential services for adolescents. The BridgeWay also offers ECT treatment for both inpatients and outpatients and has intensive outpatient and partial hospitalization programs for both addiction and mental health conditions.

At The BridgeWay, we value empathy skills as much as we do technical skills in our employees and strive for positive outcomes for our patients in all of our clinical decision making. We know that our patients/families and referral sources in the community have choices in where they seek care when experiencing a psychiatric crisis, and we appreciate and value the trust you have placed and continue to place in us over the years. Our goal is to continue to earn your trust and to make a positive difference in our community. We want to work with our sister facilities to make an impact in reducing the suicide rates in our state and ensure that our residents have access to quality behavioral healthcare in their area during their time of need. It is important that we all work together to combat the stigma that is unfortunately still present related to seeking psychiatric care if we are going to truly make a difference in saving the lives of Arkansans and anyone else seeking care in our state.

Thank you for taking the time to read about the services we have to offer at The BridgeWay and please do not hesitate to contact us if you have questions.
