Recipe Monday: Buffalo Chicken Mac and Cheese
4 cups elbow noodles, cooked
2 cups shredded chicken breast, cooked
2 tablespoons buffalo sauce
2 cups heavy cream
2 cups shredded cheese
1 teaspoon garlic, minced
Salt and pepper to taste
1 tablespoon butter
Begin by heating a small saucepan over medium heat.
Add butter and melt (don’t let it burn.)
Add minced garlic and cook until fragrant.
Add whipping cream and bring to a low simmer.
Add buffalo sauce, stir until well incorporated.
Add noodles and chicken to a casserole dish.
Poor sauce over the chicken and noodles mixture and stir.
Top with extra cheese and a drizzle of additional buffalo sauce.
Bake in oven at 400 degrees for 8 minutes.
