We are all gearing up for busy evenings now that the weather has turned the corner. I like to rely on casseroles in the freezer if I am swamped. This is something that makes a large enough serving that you could easily freeze half for another time.

It’s one of the most requested recipes I’ve ever had.

Crack Tiger Sauce Spaghetti

Ingredients:
3 lbs. ground beef
1 large jar spaghetti sauce
1 yellow onion, chopped
1-2 yellow/red bell peppers, diced
1/2 bottle Tiger sauce (near the hot sauces)
1 c light brown sugar
1 T chili powder
1-2 cup pkg white cheddar cheese, shredded
1 pkg spaghetti noodles
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Brown the ground beef, onion, green peppers. Drain grease and return to the skillet. Add the remaining ingredients but reserve some cheese for the top. Cook the spaghetti and drain. Mix the spaghetti and meat sauce. Place in a baking dish and spread cheese on the top. Cover with foil and bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350º. Remove the foil and continue to cook until the cheese is bubbly.
