He has whipped up another delicious dish and this one is dessert, which we all have time for. These cookies are not only super easy to make but are downright impressive to bring to any event.
Strawberry Cheesecake Cookies Recipe
Recipe and photo by Jacob Carpenter
1 box strawberry cake mix
2 ounces cream cheese, softened
2 tablespoon water
1/4 cup vegetable oil
Strawberry Ice Cream Cone Kisses
2 cups powdered sugar
Mix all ingredients except the kisses and powdered sugar in a large mixing bowl until well blended.
Take a tablespoon and spoon out a ball of mixture and drop it in powdered sugar and completely cover the ball.
Place each ball on an oiled cookie sheet, leaving enough room so that they don’t touch when they spread out, or use a muffin/brownie tin to create fun shapes.
Bake for 5 minutes, and then carefully place a Kiss onto each one and bake for an additional 2 minutes.
Cookies will be soft upon removing from the oven but will harden upon standing for a few minutes.
