3 8-ounce packages cream cheese, softened
8 slices bacon, fried and chopped
4 cups sharp cheddar, shredded
1 pound ham, finely chopped
4 ounces jalapeños, chopped
7 ounces green chilies, chopped
1/3 cup mayonnaise (I recommend Duke’s mayonnaise)
16 ounces sour cream
Heat oven to 250.
In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients until blended. Bake in a casserole dish for 30 minutes. Serve with corn chips.
This one is easy.
