Registration is now open for the Little Rock Marathon Health and Fitness Expo. The two day event features vendors and exhibitors showcasing products and services geared toward runners, walkers and health-minded consumers.
The Expo will take place March 3 – March 4 in Little Rock’s Statehouse Convention Center and is free to the public. Late registration for races will also be available, depending on availability.
According to director Brandy Dixon, the Expo is a key component of the marathon weekend’s activities. The event serves as a headquarters for athletes, volunteers and spectators.
“We’re excited to open registration for the 2023 Health and Fitness Expo,” Dixon said. “Since the Expo is open to the public, vendors are able to capture a wider audience and promote their brands beyond just our athletes,” she said.
Exhibitors already registered for the event include UAMS Orthopaedics and Sports Medicine, Ozark Nuts, the Baptist Health Weight & Nutrition Center, Fleet Feet and Go For It Sports.
Marathon organizers are seeing higher early registration numbers for the race, which Dixon hopes will translate to a larger showing at the Expo as well.
“After two races with very limited capacity, we are hopeful that the Expo will also start moving toward a full capacity event,” Dixon said.
The 21st annual Little Rock Marathon Race Weekend will be March 4 – March 5, 2023.
