Ridgewood Brothers BBQ, a popular food trailer in Russellville, just announced it is officially building a restaurant, which is planned to open in the coming months.
“Thank you all so so much for your continued support at the truck,” the business says on Facebook. “We can’t tell you how grateful we are. We consider this your building — y’all told us by supporting our barbecue that someday you wanted a place to come sit down and eat and hang and enjoy.”
Robert Couser and Grant Hall founded Ridgewood Brothers BBQ in 2017. The forthcoming location will be its first brick-and-mortar.
According to the social media announcement, the restaurant is slated for 803 W. Main Place, Russellville. No official opening date has been set at this time, but the business iterated that it would be open for business this year.
“We’re hoping we will be able to serve more people, more quickly, while still maintaining what we’re about: our best barbecue and helping folks enjoy it together. We dreamt this — thanks for sticking with us, everyone.”
