For the latest stop on the Catering Bucket List tour, KARK’s Hilary Hunt and Hunter Hoagland rolled down to Saline County to check out Riverside Grocery and Catering.

“This is your catering on wheels,” Hunt says. “This are our friends — Riverside Catering.”

The duo packed their plates full of all the staples of the eatery — beans, coleslaw, catfish, hush puppies, chicken fingers, french fries, and more.

Riverside proudly makes all of the delicious dishes from scratch every single day. That means everything from making their own breading for the catfish to grinding cabbage for the coleslaw, and whipping of its famous hush puppies — a secret recipe.

Hunt says that the key to good catfish is all in the breading, and she’s more than pleased with the crunch of Riverside’s.

For folks who aren’t fish fans, they also have chicken tenders, which Hoagland calls “amazing.”

“You’re probably wondering, ‘Where can I get this? When can I get this,'” Hunt says to viewers at home. “They will come to you. It is catering. … So you can get this catfish whenever you want.”

There are a few more stops left on the Catering Bucket List, so tune in next week to see where we end up next.
