Saracen Casino Resort has unveiled its lineup of restaurant and dining options that will be available at its Pine Bluff facilities.
The focal point of the dining experience will be the Red Oak Steakhouse. According to food and beverage creative director Lucas Setterfield, the restaurant will focus on providing high-quality beef sourced from the Quapaw Cattle Company.
“Our signature Red Oak Steakhouse will be the premier restaurant in Arkansas and will have a focus on our beef from the Quapaw Cattle Company,” Setterfield said in a statement. “In Red Oak and among all of the Saracen restaurants, we will create a true “pasture to plate” experience.”
The casino will also feature the Downstream Crafted Brewing Company, an on-site brewery using local honey and wheat.
Other restaurants include the Quapaw Kitchens, which will offer a range of cuisines for diners, and The Post, a food court with four different dining concepts. These concepts include Coffee and Sweets; Taqueria, which will serve Mexican cuisine; Saracen Express, which will serve fried foods, including chicken and burgers; and Delta Farms, which focus on bringing local Delta ingredients into the food.
There will be two bars at the casino: the Legends Sports Bar and the Crossroads Bar. Legends Sports Bar will have a live entertainment stage, a 25-foot video wall, a sports book and more.
According to Todd Gold, Saracen is working to hire approximately 400 individuals to staff the food and beverage department, the largest department at the casino.
Gold, previously the associate dean for the University of Arkansas-Pulaski Technical Culinary School, was recently appointed to serve as Saracen’s food and beverage director.
