Giving to those in need is always in season. And one worthy organization is asking for help from AY readers to in their mission to aid foster children in Arkansas.

In a recent conversation with the leaders at Second Chance Ranch, AY Publisher Heather Baker and Editor-at-Large Lisa Fischer asked what needs the ranch had that were not being met. One of the major issues, they said, was old and worn bedding for the children.

So, AY About You Magazine is partnering with Second Chance Ranch to collect new bedding for the kids to sleep on.

Second Chance Ranch is specifically asking for twin size bedding, and all of the accompanying items – twin sheets, twin comforters, pillows, shams, mattress protectors, pillow protectors. As the ranch sees a wide range of kids pass through its doors, it is asking for bedding in different styles and looks, so that they can pick the bedding that best matches their personalities.
