The Little Rock Farmers’ Market will resume its 2nd Saturday programming events beginning June 11, and will be held again July 9 and Aug. 13. On the second Saturday of each month, community partners of the Little Rock Farmers’ Market will be featured for special programming events from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m.
June’s featured guests are the Central Arkansas Library System (CALS) and the Little Rock Animal Village.
- CALS will have grab-and-go activity bags for kids and provide information about summer reading and library cards.
- Through “Be Mighty Little Rock,” CALS will also connect kids, teens and families to free USDA summer and after-school meals, cooking and nutrition education, food security resources, and opportunities to eat, play and learn.
- Meet & Greet adoptable animals, learn about volunteer opportunities and more at the Little Rock Animal Village booth.
The Little Rock Farmers Market is located at 400 President Clinton Ave., in the River Market area.
The 2022 season will run every Saturday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. through Sept. 3.
