Deep coppery gold in hue with spicy noble hop aromas and flavors. Mild, warm spice notes are derived from the 

traditional German style noble hops, Hallertau Mittelfruh. The addition of Crystal hops lends a subtle hint of citrus that make The Hunter an incredibly refreshing late summer and early fall choice.

Mixed Culture Stout

A blend of Red Wine Barrel-Aged Milk Stout, and Rye Whiskey Barrel-aged Imperial Stout aged with Brettanomyces for 9 months before bottling. Notes of German Chocolate Cake topped with Whiskey Sauce and Dark Cherries.

Fruited Tart Ale (Gose)

A tart, summery ale made with blueberries, lemon zest, vanilla and lactose. Each sip begins with robust aromas of Now & Later candies and blueberries, and ends on a wonderfully tart, lemony note. Pastry flavors of vanilla and milk sugar add a hint of sweetness and round out this brunch-worthy, full-bodied pastry style sour.
