In March of this year, The Toasted Yolk announced nine new cafes would be making their way to cities around Texas, Tennessee, Mississippi and Kentucky, in addition to the storefront to be opened in West Little Rock.
While the brunch destination has not yet confirmed any opening date details, the sign for the eatery is now up at 17406 Chenal Parkway.
The restaurant, which opened in 2010, now has multiple locations across the south. Serving breakfast, brunch and lunch, the Toasted Yolk Cafe has a menu full of brunch classics such as a variety of sweet treats, omelets, egg specialities, pancakes and brunch bowls.
According to its website, the cafe is “well beyond simply slingin’ hash. We offer breakfast and lunch experiences you can’t find anywhere else. At the heart of each experience is our innovative menu of American favorites, remixed and remastered for cultured, contemporary tastes.”
The breakfast spot also serves a variety of drinks suitable for the three earliest meals including a variety of coffees, wines, mimosas – featuring grapefruit, pineapple, cranberry and orange – and speciality drinks like the “Bloody Maria” or “Jackie’s Morning Rita.”
