Two restaurants in the greater Little Rock area are closing this month.
The first big closing is happening in North Little Rock in the busy McCain Mall sector. Johnny Carino’s closed on Wednesday, Jan. 22.
The closing for the North Little Rock location appears to be an isolated instance. The Austin, Texas-headquartered chain has not reported any bankruptcy proceeding.
On the Johnny Carino’s website, the North Little Rock location has already been removed from its list of restaurants. The only remaining location in Arkansas is in Rogers.

Zoe’s Kitchen
In west Little Rock, Zoe’s Kitchen is reportedly closing at the end of the weekend. The Mighty Rib blog first reported that the Mediterrean cusinie restaurant will close Sunday, Jan. 26.
AY About You Magazine has reached out to Zoe’s for comment.
