Are you ready to rage? Head to Heifer International this Thursday evening for the Ragin’ Cajun Bash, a fun night of crawfish, libations, and zydeco music! Princess magic: Disney On Ice is presenting Dare to Dream this weekend at Verizon Arena! Five Disney heroines will take to the rink for a magical night to remember. This Disney On Ice performance will feature characters Cinderella, Rapunzel, Belle, Anna, and Moana for her Disney On Ice debut. The dates and times are Thursday at 7:30pm; Friday at 7:30pm; Saturday at 11 am, 3 pm and 7 pm; and Sunday at 3 pm. Pickin’ in Mountain View: The 57th Annual Arkansas Folk Festival is this weekend in Mountain View! Head to the Historic Downtown for Bluegrass tunes, crafts from members of the Arkansas Craft Guild, locally made products, and more! The festival will be held in downtown Mountain View on Friday from 11 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 4 pm.

Music in the Rock: Aaron Lewis is bringing his State I’m In Tour to the Robinson Center this Friday! Heart-healthy run:Arkansas Heart Hospital’s Cardiac Classic is this Saturday! The race will start at Burns Park and will run through the Roland and Wye communities. Participants can choose one of four routes: 20 miles, 35 miles, 50 miles or the 100K (63 miles). Registration is from 7-7:45 am, and the race starts at 8 am. Standard registration is $60. Yoga with the pups: Bark Bar is hosting Mutts + Mats DOGAwith Jenny Dunlap this Saturday! Bring your yoga mat and your furry friend for a morning of vinyasa-style flow. Flower power: Ginger Ladehoff and Rush Fentress are teaching a botanical illustration class at Garvan Woodland Gardens Saturday afternoon. Ladehoff will instruct on painting techniques and Fentress will teach the class about botany background information. The class for April 20 will focus on painting and learning about Cornus florida(flowering dogwood). Tickets are $25 for members per class and $40 non-members. Spring fling redux:Trust Tree and Lost Forty Brewing are hosting Spring Fling this Saturday for an afternoon of family fun!
