Have you visited any of the great museums in downtown Little Rock lately? The Big Boo!seum Bash is a chance to visit some of Little Rock’s best museums while having fun trick-or-treating. Make sure to wear a costume and hit up as many spots as you can. Each location will have fun and games in store. You could also win prizes, like an electronic tablet or a $100 gift card, for visiting the museums if you are 18 years or younger. FREE
Participating sites include The Terry House Mansion, Historic Arkansas Museum, Little Rock Visitor Center at Historic Curran Hall, MacArthur Museum of Arkansas Military History, Mosaic Templars Cultural Center, Museum of Discovery, Old State House Museum, Heifer International and the Witt Stephens Jr. Central Arkansas Nature Center.

What: Harvest Fest 2018
Where: Carter Off-Road Park
When: 8 a.m.-6 p.m.
Get ready for some adventure! Head over to Carter Off-Road Park in Alexander to have some fun with Barbie Jeeps, Redneck Demolition Derby and tug-o-wars. Tickets are $40 per person in advance and $45 at the gate. Kids 10 years old or younger get in free. Get your tickets here!

What: Boo at the Zoo
Where: Little Rock Zoo
When: 6–9 p.m.
Experience the Little Rock Zoo like you never have before! The Zoo has been transformed into a spooky botanical garden filled with fun decorations and lights. You can explore a haunted house, wander through a hay maze or visit the Enchanted Garden and Bone Yard. There’s something for every member of the family! What: Seussical the Musical
Where: Wildwood Park for the Arts
When: 7:30 p.m. Friday and Saturday, 3 p.m. Saturday and Sunday
Sit back and enjoy this delightful adaptation of Dr. Seuss’s children’s tales. Featuring the Cat in the Hat, Horton the Elephant, the Grinch and many others, Seussical the Musical will entertain both young and old. Reserved seating tickets are $30 and $15 for students. Reserve your ticket here!

What: Arkansas Cornbread Festival

When: 11 a.m.– 4 p.m.
Cornbread is on the menu for Saturday as Little Rock plays host to the Arkansas Cornbread Festival. Sample cornbread and other side dishes from professional and amateur competitors. After sampling, cast your vote for the best cornbread to crown a winner! There will also be music and games, as well as local breweries and Arkansas vendors on site. What: HallowCon Arkansas 2018
Where: Crowne Plaza – 201 S. Shackleford Road, Little Rock
When: 10 a.m.-9 p.m.
Get your geek on for Halloween! HallowCon is a Halloween-themed convention featuring a cosplay contest, gaming, panels and special guests. It’s an all-day event with plenty to keep you busy! Tickets are $20 for adults and $10 for kids ages 7-12; tickets can be purchased at the door or online.
What: Arkansas Black Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony
Where: Robinson Performance Hall in Little Rock
When: 7:30 p.m.
The Arkansas Black Hall of Fame is paying tribute to six prominent Arkansans who have made their mark on their communities and the state. This event will include the induction ceremony and a show. Before the induction ceremony, there will be a V.I.P. reception at 5:30 p.m. Tickets start at $35 and can be reserved here.

Do you have the need? The need for speed? If you do, head over to the Little Rock Air Force to witness the amazing aerial feats at Thunder over the Rock. Featuring the USAF Thunderbirds, this event will stun you with aerial displays, historical reenactments and a STEM Fest. General admission to the event is free.
