Gov. Hutchinson announces nursing homes will resume family visits on July 1

  • The governor announced this morning that nursing homes, assisted-living and residential-care facilities will be able to resume limited family visits and other activities on July 1 if they have complied with the public health guidelines of the Arkansas Department of Health.

 

T.J. Maxx looks to remain a predominately in-store shopping experience despite COVID-19

  • In the midst of starting an attempted economic recovery from COVID-19, TJX Cos., which is the parent company to T.J. Maxx, HomeGoods and Marshalls, is as “focused as ever on drawing shoppers to its more than 4,500 stores worldwide.” As of June 17, almost 85% of TJX stores were reopened.

 

Little Rock Farmers’ Market to open July 11

  • The 46th season of the Little Rock Farmers’ Market will be opened on Saturday, July 11 – two months past its original start date.

 

Jonesboro church gives away car for Father’s Day

  • Kingdom Nation Ministries in Jonesboro partnered with Auto King in order to give a car away to a member of its congregation. Jayshaun Neal won the keys to a 2010 Jeep Liberty.
