It’s that time of the year to have some family fun with fireworks and celebrations for the Fourth of July!
Even though the celebrations across Arkansas for the Fourth of July might look a little different this year with social distancing measures in place, they will be sure to light up the sky with spectacular fireworks displays.
Around Central Arkansas
What: Pops in the Park
Where: Bishop Park in Bryant
When: July 4 at 6 pm
The second annual free Pops in the Park event will be held at Bishop Park. Food trucks will be there at 6 pm and fireworks will begin at 9 pm.
What: Big Bang on the Range
Where: Jacksonville Shooting Complex
When: July 4 at 5 pm
The free family-friendly event will begin at 5 pm with live music, food trucks, a kids zone and other fun activities. Guidelines from the Arkansas Department of Health will be enforced. Fireworks will begin at 9 pm.
Where: City of Maumelle
When: July 4 at 4 pm
Although there won’t be any booths, live music or other family activities, the city of Maumelle is hosting a parade at 4 pm. Decorate your car and register it for the free parade at maumelleparksandrec.recdesk.com
There will be a fireworks display at Lake Willastein at 9:30 pm. Residents of Maumelle are also allowed to shoot fireworks on private non-commercial property only on July 4 from 4:30 pm to 10:30 pm.
Where: Riverside Park
When: July 2 at 9:30 pm
Sponsored by Everett Chevrolet and First Security Bank, the fireworks display will be shot from the old runway at Holland Chapel Baptist Church. Parking will be available at all the Riverside Park parking lots and Saline County Fairgrounds.
Where: Sherwood Forest
When: July 4 at 9:15 pm
The City of Sherwood Advertising & Promotions Commission is hosting a fireworks display on July 4. The parking lot will open at 7 pm and fireworks will begin at 9:15 and last approximately 20 minutes.
What: Lake Hamilton Fireworks
Where: Lake Hamilton in Hot Springs
When: July 4
The annual free public fireworks display will be shot from the barges in the middle of Lake Hamilton located on the east side of Highway 7 at the first HIghway 7 bridge. In case of rain, the fireworks will be held on Sunday, July 5th.
What: Fireworks Extravaganza
Where: Heber Springs
When: July 4 at 9 pm
The Heber Springs Area Chamber of Commerce’s annual Fireworks Extravaganza will be held on July 4. Fireworks will be launched from the Heber Springs Municipal Airport rather than Sandy Beach due to high lake levels and COVID-19 restrictions.
The best location to view the fireworks is on the lake from your boat just west of the Dam Site Marina.

When: July 4 at 9:30 pm
Although family activities and performances by the Symphony of Northwest Arkansas have been cancelled, the annual July 4th Fireworks Spectacular will be a socially distant celebration with a “super-sized” fireworks display. The display will be visible from parking lots surrounding the Walmart AMP including the Pinnacle Mall parking lot as well.

When: July 3 at 6:30 pm
The award-winning Zac Dunlap Band will be performing live at 6:30 pm followed by a fireworks show at 9 pm.
Where: Siloam Springs Municipal Airport
When: July 4 at 6 pm
The City of Siloam Springs Park and Recreation Division will be hosting a fireworks show at 9:15. Parking will be limited, however, with cars spaced 8-feet apart. The Cecil Smith Field parking lot will open at 6 pm.
Where: Orchards Park in Bentonville
When: July 4 at 7:30 pm
This free event will have live music and food trucks starting at 7:30 pm and a fireworks display at 9:30 pm. Parking will be available throughout Memorial Park.
Where: Norfork Lake in Mountain Home
When: July 3
Watch Norfork Lake light up with a fireworks display from the 101 and 62 bridges, starting at dusk.
Where: The Farm Campground in Eureka Springs
When: July 3 & July 4 at 7 pm
Deadhead Productions will be hosting a contactless event on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4 with live bands and a fireworks display to celebrate the Fourth of July. The event has been approved by the Arkansas Department of Health and tickets will be sold per vehicle site.

When: July 3 at 8:30 pm
The City of Paris and the Paris Area Chamber of Commerce is hosting a free family fireworks display that will last approximately 25 minutes. The fireworks will be shot by the Paris Volunteer fireman at 9:15 pm.
