The Yarnell’s Ice Cream Festival is returning to Bentonville this July, following a two-year hiatus.
The Searcy headquartered business has been churning up classic flavors like homemade vanilla since 1932, and the ninth annual festival will begin on July 30 at 9:00 a.m. Taking place during the Bentonville Farmers Market, the festival will take place on the Bentonville Square.
With free ice cream samples, photos with Yarnell’s mascot, Scoop, will also be available to festival goers. FreezeFest, the Ice Cream eating contest, will take place every hour from 9:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. with two contests for kids and two for adults. Winners of each five minute competition will win a year’s supply of Yarnell’s ice cream.
